Discover the calming power of mindful movement in our Mindfulness Yoga Workshop, a gentle introduction to combining yoga with awareness, presence, and breath. This practice goes beyond exercise, offering a space to reduce stress, quiet the mind, and nurture overall well-being.

What to Expect:

Duration: 45 minutes
Introduction & Sharing (15 min): Learn about mindfulness yoga and hear personal journeys from our facilitators.
Mindfulness Yoga (20 min): Simple, accessible, gentle chair-based movements designed to relax the mind and body, and connect with the breath.
Closing Meditation (10 min): A grounding practice to leave you refreshed and centered.

Your guide for the workshop will be Mitra , an experienced yoga teacher with a passion for making mindfulness practices welcoming and accessible to all.

No mats or special equipment are needed—all movements will be done while seated on chairs. Whether you’re completely new to yoga or looking for a restorative way to reconnect with yourself, this workshop offers a gentle path toward balance and inner calm.
