Group Acrylic Painting Classes – Starting June 8
Join Fifi Pourmohseni for an intimate acrylic painting course designed to help you explore painting, discover your creativity, and create more freely.
About the classes
These group classes are designed for all levels — whether you are just beginning or already have painting experience.
Each term consists of four 1.5-hour sessions. Throughout the course, we will work on one complete painting together while learning acrylic techniques, developing a personal artistic voice, and building a deeper connection with art.
The class offers a calm, supportive, and inspiring space to practice, learn, and connect with your creativity.
Duration: Four sessions · 1.5 hours each.

Materials
Provided: Easels, side tables, chairs, and water containers.
Please bring:
- Stretched cotton canvas — recommended size 16” × 20”
- Acrylic paints: Titanium White, Ultramarine Blue, Burnt Umber, Yellow Ochre, Cadmium Yellow, Cadmium Red, Alizarin Crimson, Sap Green, Ivory Black
- Optional colours: Burnt Sienna, Phthalo Blue
- Spray water bottle
- Acrylic retarder, optional for slower drying time
- Soft synthetic bright or flat brushes — sizes 4, 6, 8
- Bristle bright or flat brushes — sizes 10–12, plus round size 1
- Disposable palette paper
- Palette knife
- Paper towels
- Pencil and sketchbook
- Apron or suitable painting clothes
- Optional: gloves and extra cloth or rag for cleaning brushes
Note: If you are new to painting, we recommend starting with a 16” × 20” canvas. If you already have painting experience, you are welcome to work on a larger surface.
