About the event
The Art of Self-Trust is a gentle, guided art therapy workshop designed to help you reconnect with your inner voice and build a more trusting relationship with yourself. No art experience is needed; only a willingness to slow down, tune in, and create. This workshop offers a soft and supportive space to reconnect, restore, and leave with a deeper sense of grounding and inner support.
