Harmonica (ساز دهنی), directed by Amir Naderi, tells a compelling story set on the sun-drenched southern coast of Iran. The film begins with a young boy receiving a harmonica as a gift from abroad. Fascinated and envious, his friends crown him the leader of their group, competing for the chance to hold or play the instrument. The gentle and heavy-set Amiroo becomes especially obsessed, willing to do almost anything to get close to the harmonica and its owner.
