Aida Shahghasemi is a Minneapolis-based Iranian-American musician, educator, and therapist. She studied Persian classical music’s cultural aspects and earned a Master’s in Arts Politics from NYU. Aida has toured with Iron and Wine, Marketa Irglova, and appeared on Glen Hansard’s albums. She’s released three solo albums and is a McKnight Music Fellow.
