Art Therapy: Self-Compassion
Explore self-compassion through the healing power of art.
This gentle, supportive workshop invites you to slow down, tune in, and reconnect with yourself through creative expression. Through simple, guided art practices, you’ll explore self-compassion, creativity, and kindness toward yourself without pressure or judgment.
You’ll be encouraged to create freely, practice self-kindness, and experience art as a tool for reflection, emotional care, and healing.
No art skills are needed just a willingness to show up as you are.
This workshop is for you if you want to:
-
Cultivate self-compassion and emotional awareness
-
Reduce self-criticism in a supportive space
-
Use creativity as a form of self-care
-
Feel grounded, connected, and gently supported
