Nargess is an artist and creative healer from Iranian and Italian origins living in Vancouver. With extensive experience in mental health and artistic expression she brings a compassionate, creative and holistic approach to guiding individuals in their healing journeys. Her unique multicultural background and work, and trauma-informed training allows an inclusive, nourishing and safe space for creative healing for all. Nargess believes in the power of art as the ultimate healer in her own healing journey and her clients. In her art therapy workshops she integrates visual and expressive art, somatic and bilateral practices, soothing music, and dance/movement, providing a therapeutic space to enjoy the benefits of healing art, self discovery and connection.
