About the event

This community art therapy workshop offers a gentle and creative space to explore and cope with everyday stress. Through guided art-making and reflective practices, participants will be invited to slow down, connect with their inner experience, and express emotions in a non-verbal and supportive environment. No artistic experience is needed, just a willingness to explore and be present.

The session emphasizes self-awareness, emotional expression, and grounding, helping participants develop a deeper sense of ease, resilience, and self-compassion. All materials will be provided, and participants are welcome to engage at their own pace in a safe and inclusive space.
