About the event
Join us for the sixth Persian Poetry Night, a gathering dedicated to exploring linguistic limitations in Persian poetry, with a special focus on women poets.
In this session, Dr. Leila Sadeghi, PhD in Linguistics, writer, poet, and researcher, will speak about the ways language can shape, restrict, and reveal poetic expression in Persian poetry, especially in relation to the work of women poets.
The poetry night will be followed by a screening of Our Brave Mama, a documentary by Bahman Farmanara about Simin Behbahani.

در نشست ششم شعر فارسی گرد هم میآییم تا دربارهٔ محدودیتهای زبانی در شعر فارسی، با محوریت شعر زنان گفتوگو کنیم.
در این نشست، خانم دکتر لیلا صادقی، دکترای زبانشناسی، نویسنده، شاعر و پژوهشگر، برای ما از محدودیتهای زبانی در شعر فارسی با موضوعیت شاعران زن خواهند گفت.
در ادامهٔ برنامه، مستند «ننه دلاور ما» ساختهٔ بهمن فرمانآرا دربارهٔ سیمین بهبهانی به نمایش در خواهد آمد.
